Easy twisty bun
So sorry I haven't posted in a while! I also don't have a good camera. The picture on the left is sort of what it looks like. This hairstyle is simple and fun to do!
Step 1: do a French twist from your part to behind your ear. In the picture, you can see that they did the bun a little farther back than that, and if you like it back there, do it! If you don't know what a French twist is, it's just a picking up hair twist. :) If you still don't know what that is, request a tutorial in the comments box below and I will do a more in-depth one for you.
Step 2: Tie it with a rubber band, as well as the rest of your hair, creating a side ponytail. If that's cute enough for you, leave it down! No need to wrap it into a bun!
Step 3: Wrap the hair into a bun. Just a simple, swirly, basic bun. Get creative, if you want! Make it into a three twist bun or a fishtail bun!
Have fun!
Also, remember, if you have any questions, ask them in the comments box! I will answer them! I promise!

Challenge of the week!!
Hello people who read my blog!! Sorry I haven't been writing a whole lot lately. As it turns out I probably won't be able to do pictures any more until I get my camera situation figured out. So sorry!! I decided to start this thing for you brave souls who read my blog. I call it: CHALLENGE OF THE WEEK!! Every Monday, I will post a new challenge and you can post your results in the comments box.
Here is this week's: So I overheard someone talking about a new hair-curling technique. I guess what you do is twist your hair, then use a straightener on it. I have tried it, and if I figured it out, I would tell you. But I think you have to use little twists. Good luck!
Just remember that you can't hold the straightener in one place or it will fry your hair. Also, try moving it up and down the hair. And be creative!!
I would love to see ALL of your turnouts. Even if it was bad, I still wanna see it! And, also what you did, you know, how you did it.
Have FUN!!

French braid with bun at the bottom
Great name, right? Well, it's simple if you know how to French braid!!
Step 1: Start a normal French braid. Nothing fancy, or on the side, just normal. When you reach the end of your head (don't braid all the way to the end of the hair) tie with a rubber band and it should look something like this:

Step 2: Put a bun at the bottom. The way I did it was I rolled sections and pinned it onto the head. What you do is roll three sections upwards and pin them onto your head. With the remaining hair, roll three (or two) sections downwards. Pin them onto your head. Spread them out so there is no gaps, and bobby pin as necessary. It will end up like this:

This is a pretty simple hair style. If you don't know how to French braid, I will make sure to post a tutorial for it later. :)
Hint: you can also do a "hair" bow at the bottom. I have never tried it before, but if you want to, please try it and post a picture in the comments box below :)
Happy styling!

The fishtail bun
This is literally just a fishtail braid wrapped into a bun. If that's not enough for you, I'll post a picture tutorial that goes in-depth on how to do it. :)
Step 1: As with most buns, put your hair into a pony. This style I usually put on the side but in the picture, it's on the top. This is one you can put anywhere on your head.

Step 2: Fishtail braid it and tie it with an elastic at the bottom. If you don't know how to do that, I will make sure to post a tutorial on how to fishtail braid later. Tug on the braid for a fuller bun.

Step 3: Wrap it into a bun. When you have it the shape that you want, go ahead and pin down.
This is how mine turned out:
It doesn't turn out exactly the same every time. It depends on the length and thickness of the hair; for instance, when I do it on my hair, it wraps around a few more times than hers and it's a bit fuller. She has shorter and thinner hair than me, therefore, the bun is smaller.

A good way to accessorize would be with a headband or a flower or something like that.
Happy styling!!

"Hair" Bow
This is one of my most favorite hair styles! It's a bit challenging to do on your self, but I've done it before! This is a bow made out of hair! Pretty cool, right? It's really not that hard! Here's how:
Step 1: Put your hair in a high loopy pony tail, half pony, or bun- whatever you want to call it. Leave something of a 'tail' at the end. It doesn't have to be super high. It looks weird super low or on the
side.
Step 2: Divide the loop in half. Take the tail and bring it over the middle of where you divided it. Pin it down. Don't worry about the excess hair yet.

Step 3: Take the two loops you got from dividing it in half and turn them towards the head. If that doesn't make a whole lot of sense, look at the picture at the loops, and you can see which direction to pin them down at(if you are still confused, ask a question in the comments box and I will answer as soon as I can).
Step four: Pull on the loops to make them fuller. Pin them down on both sides. Remember that tail you pinned down earlier? With the excess hair, you want to take it and tuck it under one of the loops. Hairspray if you want to.
This hair style does not need an accessory; it's an accessory by its self!!

Three-twist bun
Hello everyone! I am still not able to film anything but I will post another hair style for you.
Step 1: Put your hair in a pony tail. It doesn't matter where. You can put it in a high pony, a side pony, a low back pony. I like it on top of my head or on the side.
Step 2: Divide your hair in three sections. Twist each section. You can tie the twist with a small elastic, or just hold it. The elastics helps keep it in.
Step 3: Take the first twist and wrap it around the hair tie. Pin it down. For a fuller bun, pull on the twist. Do the same with all three. This may take some fixing. The bun is so cute in the end though!!
You can accessorize this how you like. A little flower or two would be cute. Or a matching headband.
I will try to get at least pictures with this style as soon as I can.

Messy "sock" bun
Hi guys! Normally I will post a video tutorial but I don't have time to film one and I don't want my blog to be just emptiness!! I will make sure to post a video tutorial of this later. :)
Step 1: Put your hair in a high pony tail. Most people wear it on the very tops of their head and it's super cute. I wear it on the back of my head
Step 2: Tease the pony tail. Don't tease it all at once; tease it in sections. I use a brush, but a comb will do a little better if you want the bun fuller.
Step 3: Wrap it into a bun. When you have the shape you want, bobby pin it down. If you want, you can hairspray.
A cute way to accessorize would be a bow in the back of it. Just take a little (or big, if you want) clip-on bow and put it at the bottom of the bun.
